Naperville Police Arrests

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 21-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle/CM violation and driving on an expired registration at 6:57 p.m. Dec. 26 at South Route 59 and McCoy Drive.
  • A 26-year-old man from Dolton was arrested on charges of obstructed windshield or front/side window, improper display of license plates or registration, illegal transportation of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance at 10:46 p.m. Dec. 26 at Raymond Drive and West Diehl Road.
  • A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of reckless driving at 2:41 p.m. Dec. 27 at South West Street and Aurora Avenue.
  • A 25-year-old man from Warrenville was arrested on a warrant at 11:12 p.m. Dec. 27 in the 800 block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving without a valid license/permit, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:10 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 900 block of Elderberry Circle.
  • A 60-year-old man from Forest Park as arrested on a warrant at 2:09 a.m. Dec. 29 in the 1500 block of Naperville Wheaton Road.
  • A 49-year-old woman from Geneva was arrested on charges of improper parking/stopping/standing in a roadway and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:50 a.m. Dec. 29 at East Diehl Road and Legacy Circle.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on a peace bond warrant at 11:44 p.m. Dec. 29 at North Route 59 and Liberty Street.
  • A 46-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:54 a.m. Dec. 30 at North Columbia Street and East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 30-year-old man from North Aurora was arrested on a peace bond warrant at 1:39 a.m. Dec. 30 at West Chicago Avenue and South Washington Street.
