The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 29-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of burglary, forgery and being a fugitive from justice at 2:37 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 600 block of North Route 59.
  • A 34-year-old man from Davenport, Iowa, was arrested on a warrant at 12:22 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
  • A 26-year-old man from Calumet City was arrested on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon/vehicle/CM violation and aggravated unlawful use of weapons at 12:39 a.m. Dec. 31 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
  • A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant and on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving on an expired registration at 1:08 a.m. Dec. 31 at South Washington Street and Tamarack Avenue.
  • A 21-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on charges of violating the Lights & Lamp Act, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and resisting a peace officer at 1:27 a.m. Dec. 31 at West Ogden Avenue and Fort Hill Drive.
  • A 26-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of improper lighting/head or tail lights and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:03 a.m. Dec. 31 at West 5th Avenue and North Washington Street.
  • A 21-year-old man from Wilmington was arrested on a charge of knowingly damaging property at 9:58 p.m. Dec. 31 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue.
  • A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of knowingly damaging property at 9:58 p.m. Dec. 31 in the first block of East Chicago Avenue.
  • A 37-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:29 p.m. Dec. 31 at Maple Avenue and North Naper Boulevard.
